Combo System integrates Front Office related activities with Back Office activities into one integrated system Working with stable and reliable database engines. Combo Restaurants Management System works on SQL Server 2005. Ability to connect multiple branches of restaurants. One screen and graphical user interface for all modules and multiple branches. Simple, flexible and easy GUI which uses Office 2007 like interface. Providing users with summarized reports about total business status which is useful for top management. The system uses interactive report wizards which allows user to group, totalize, order items of report and to navigate through report results to related reports and documents.
Front Office Management

Easy, fast and attractive POS graphical user interface which supports Touch Screens. Customizable menu of items. Managing tack-away, Home delivery and multiple restaurant or coffee shop halls. Sending orders to kitchen/bar screen or printing them on kitchen/bar POS printer. Combo supports multiple kitchens and bars associated with items, halls, or manually selected. Providing abilities of transferring orders to another table, splitting order and also reserving tables. Ability to define any number of additions and discounts. Supporting multiple payment types (Cash, Credit Card, or Gift Card) Combo supports home delivery orders providing ability to identify customers using caller id.

Supporting 4 methods of inventory evaluation (Weighted Average, FIFO, LIFO, and Last Purchase Price) and use perpetual inventory system. Ability to define users up to 32,000 Easy, fast definition of admin users and cashier/captain users.
Fixable authorization model. Ability to define what parts of the system each user can access and his/her permissions for each part. Ability to define sales types (take-away, home delivery, halls) that can be accessed by user and more over defining halls that can be accessed by user.
Combo security system prevents cashier/captain users from modifying or even browsing closed receipts.
Security system may also prevent user from modifying orders which is posted to kitchen/bar unless he/she is permitted to do.
Every document or transaction includes the user who created/modified it.
